Uniwill is/was a Taiwan-based Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) that manufactured laptop computers. The company began as a part of Lite-On Technology Corp, before being spun off in 1998. Uniwill became quite successful, and was acquired in 2006 by Elitegroup Computer Systems. Uniwill still exists today, and is still owned by ECS.
