Rever was a Taiwan-based Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) that produced laptop computers. They specialized in producing laptops with detatchable displays, which could be used with an overhead projector (OHP) for business presentations. While they were in business for over a decade, and manufactured several generations of laptops, this concept was never particularly successful, and none of their laptops are especially common.

The company was founded by Gary Chen, who then sold it to his brother Hilbert in 1993. Gary went on to found Sunflower Systems Inc., another supplier of OHP notebooks!
