Lexmark is an American company that manufactures printing and imaging products. They were formed in 1991 out of IBM's printer, typewriter, and keyboard divisions. In their earlier years, they attempted to expand to other markets, including notebook computer manufacturing. They apparantly began laptop production in 1991, but their earliest models that I have been able to find showed up in 1992. They were largely a laptop ODM, although they did sell the laptops themselves as their "Lexbook" line. Lexmark's laptops remained on sale through 1994, but they ceased production shortly after.
